My goal has always been to combine the tradition of working with natural stone with the latest technological innovations, creating solutions that balance the history of materials with the future of design. My participation at Marmomac 2024, in collaboration with Natstone Natural Stones, was a unique opportunity to showcase how this vision can be applied on a large scale. Receiving a Special Mention in the "A Matter of Stone" contest reinforced the importance of this work.

At Natstone's booth, located in Hall 1, my focus was to explore the versatility of natural stone through a minimalist design, where the textures, finishes, and colors of the stone took center stage. By using advanced technologies like the "honeycomb raised+" system, which allows for the creation of ultra-light and durable pieces, we transformed the space into a true example of how marble and limestone can be used innovatively in contemporary design and architecture.

I believe the future of stone design lies in uniting the best of both worlds: the material heritage of natural stone, with all its history and timelessness, and the potential that technology offers to innovate in forms, finishes, and production processes. At MalanhoStudio, we apply this philosophy to every project, from developing exclusive products to creating 3D models for digital fabrication, ensuring that each piece not only respects the unique character of the stone but also meets today's aesthetic and functional needs.

Additionally, my experience in creating content for digital marketing and creative consulting has allowed me to collaborate with brands like Natstone in crafting narratives that enhance the value of their products in the global market. Design is not just about what we see, but also about how we communicate its essence and the impact it can have on spaces and people.

Marmomac 2024 was a turning point, where the work developed at MalanhoStudio gained international recognition. But more than just an award, this project confirmed that natural stone remains one of the richest and most versatile materials for the future of architecture and design.
